Christi Pemberton, Founder of Global Crest, will have footage of its video Through the Eyes of Grace included in the One Day on Earth documentary (www.onedayonearth.org). Her video piece, Through the Eyes of Grace shows the beauty through the hope found in the eyes of children. Pemberton hopes to raise awareness for youth causes and reminds everyone that all or most people have this in common, the inspiration found in the joy of children. See below to view her video. She was one of the many filmmakers and videographers who recorded video and photographic footage on October 10, 2010 for participation in the "One Day on Earth" documentary. Sponsored by the United Nations, WWF, and other major organizations and NGO's; the documentary will create a portal that links its audience to the world and the richness of its cultures, people, and social issues through the eyes of documentary's participants. Filmmakers will share their experiences as they unfold on camera and amazing scenery from the four corners of the earth. Christi's submitted video is called Through the Eyes of Grace. The video shares that regardless of our differences (ethnic, cultural, economic class, etc), we often have this in common, we embrace the hope seen through the eyes of children. She features her cousin's 4 year old daughter, her second cousin Ashlyn Grace.
All music, images, and voice narratives in the Through the Eyes of Grace video were created and owned by Global Crest and Christi Pemberton. Global Crest grants usage of the video and its footage to "One Day on Earth" as part of its documentary and also to help promote the documentary as a positive voice for global issues and humane treatment of others.
